Best version of Windows Phone 7 to be run on WP8
I am about to create a windows phone app (first time mobile developing, it
will be fun). On my machiens I don't have windows 8, since the app if very
very basic I thought I can develop it with a WP SDK 7.x and exploit
retro-compatibility.
What would you suggest? 7.1, 7.5, 7.8?
